Veyance Technologies, exclusive manufacturers of Goodyear Engineered Products, has been in the process of being acquired by Continental Tire Contitech for some time. That process was finalized at the end of Jauary, 2015. As a result, the products you trust which were sold under the name Goodyear Engineered Products will now be sold under the Continental ContiTech brand.
We have been assured that everything will remain the same after this sale. You can expect the same quality products from the same manufacturing facilities with the same service and programs
and with the same people, business as usual. None of the Hydraulic product trade names, styles or product codes are changing. The only change will be in the manufacturing brand on their products, changing from “Goodyear” to “Continental ContiTech”. This change was necessary because of the terms of the trademark licensing arrangement with Veyance Technologies.
