History

Based in Mississauga Ontario, Runnalls Industries has a proud history of supplying industry with quality PVF products, hydraulics and related services. A family-run business, Mel Runnalls founded the company in 1983 with a vision to deliver the best service around.

Having worked in the industry, Mel knew anyone could supply product but no one gave it that personalized touch. This passion and caring for people has driven the company to be a respected and a trusted resource for industry. Working alongside Mel from the beginning was Debbie Reid, his daughter. She took over the business operations in 2002 and continues the family tradition of service.

Product and service offerings have continued to grow and evolve with our customer needs. As part of this evolution, in 2013 Runnalls Industries established the Water Division to support the municipal infrastructure marketplace.

People deal with people. We can take great pride in knowing we offer personal service to people—going the extra mile for them. We listen to their needs and focus on their problem; we sell a solution not just a product.

Runnalls Industries has spent years developing many valuable partnerships to build a strong foundation. That foundation consists of loyal customers, a solid product offering from our valued suppliers and partners, our long-standing and resourceful staff, and of course, our families.

In the Community

Runnalls is active in the community and has been a supporter of the Heart House Hospice (Hospice of Peel) and Ovarian Cancer Canada. We are proud to be a long time sponsor of the Maple Lodge Tournament of Dreams, a charity golf tournament that has raised over $1 million for charities. Runnalls also sponsors local baseball and hockey teams each year.
